We started our Dealer Program in 2001, as an entry level retailer. We also noticed that if we responded quickly (e.g., within 24-48 hours) to our clients, sales could be up to 60% higher.

We thought, "Why not provide a service to our peers that would help us all make more money and propagate the aftermarket throughout mainstream America?"
