Refunds - Policies & Procedures

Before returning an item, the client MUST contact West Coast Motorsport, Inc. (sales@westcoastmotorsport.com) to obtain an RGA number. Returns sent without an RGA number may be refused by West Coast Motorsport, Inc.

If a client has sent a Cashier's Check or Money Order, he/she may cancel their order at no charge before the money has been deposited by West Coast Motorsport, Inc.. The check or money order will be returned to the client with a check from West Coast Motorsport, Inc. for the payment amount, less $10.

Prices do not include Shipping & Handling. Clients will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling on returned items. If an order is refunded (once the product has been shipped), only the cost of the product(s) will be refunded, not the cost of shipping and handling to the client.

No credit will be issued for merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Shipping

All orders are shipped UPS Standard Ground Service, unless otherwise specified.

*FREE Shipping applies to most orders being shipped within the continental United States. No exceptions will be made. No "credit" will be given on orders over $999 (US dollars) that are shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states. This offer is contingent upon retail pricing minus 5%. FREE Shipping does not apply to dealers and does not apply to "special pricing" -- items that have been discounted more than 5% off of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).

*Some restrictions apply. If your order does not qualify for "Free shipping," (generally due to size or weight parameters) you will be notified and have the option of canceling our order with no fee or penalty.

A nominal Processing Fee of $8.95 will be added to each order. This is a flat rate fee and will not vary whether the order is $5 or $5000.

All prices are subject to change without notice. If the manufacturer has changed a price, you will be notified before your credit card is charged. Some parts may be backordered at the time an order is placed, you will be notified before your credit card is charged. UPS: Upon request, clients will be emailed or contacted with a tracking number for each package sent via UPS. Packages can be tracked at www.UPS.com by clicking on "Track" and then entering your tracking number(s).

If you wish to have packages sent 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air, please contact West Coast Motorsport, Inc.. Your credit card will be charged the additional shipping cost (or the cost will be calculated for a personal check, cashier's check, money order).

Privacy

West Coast Motorsport, Inc. respects your privacy and will never give your personal information out to any third party, unless explicitly specified by our clients. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and we wish to protect your identity as much as you do.

Any of the forms on this site may be filled out anonymously. Some forms require contact information so that we may further assist you in meeting your style and performance needs. This information, of course, is to be entered at your discretion. In almost all circumstances, we will contact to via email. Unless there is a pressing need, we will not contact you by phone. (Of course, you are always welcome to contact the West Coast Motorsport, Inc.)

The West Coast Motorsport's Newsletter is meant to bring you updates on new products, things happening in the industry, and make you aware of new products or services from West Coast Motorsport, Inc. If at any time you wish to "unsubscribe," just reply to the Newsletter with "unsubscribe" in the subject line - or email sales@westcoastmotorsport.com at any time with a like email.
